I visited here for a lunch with my friends...Food was really amazing.We have tasted different foods and it was really in good quality.Hotel staffs were really kind enough to serve us politely..Would like to visit here again...

Strategically placed poorly managed

Strategically placed astride the MC Road in kerala this hotel should have been brinming with guests but remains poorly patronised. As a management evaluator i was keen to understand why so much investment strategically placed is Not yielding. i got talking to staff and then ordered lunch..The traditional Thaali. It didnt take me long to realise that the facility is in inefficient incompetent hands. Food was well cooked amd tastym it had the touch of traditional authenticity but it was served cold. why i asked. Oh there is no hot plate in the hotel. The Airconditioning was not switched on. i.asked it to be put on. it became effevtive only by the time i left. i asked to see the manager. i was told that i can see him in his chamber..that much for hospitality.. the steward was courteous and the security guard acted as the door man. so you have some skilled people managed by inept inefficient incompetent ones.

Shilpa regency is a roadside property with a beautiful restaurant and Accomodation.They have a big Auditorium aswell nearby for the public functions and all.Food was really cool especially the fishmolly.Even if my house is nearby to the hotel,I would prefer to have food from here occasionally.

This property is little away from the city in a quite place although its on the high way. its very clean, well maintained, staff are polite and always obliging. The rooms are very spacious with attached bath rooms.
